How
to understand family conflicts in order not to make victims
This project refers to point a) of
the announcement (direct enforcement, use, and dissemination
of existing good practices) and to the priority action of
2005 as well (exchange of info and experiences in the victim
support area and the multidisciplinary cooperation aimed
at acting in response to either identified violence or vulnerability
of risk groups), by promoting the exchange of info and experiences,
especially among new and old state members.
The project partners
could be : CNV Italia (conveying partner and action leader),
Belgium (conveying partner), Lithuania (receiving partner),
Latvia (receiving partner), Slovenija (receiving partner).
This project aims at conveying the successful experiences
already taken over by two previous Dafne project, within
family mediation (“Matilde”, and “Ancora
Matilde”) By treasuring the acquired experiences we
would like to promote “services centres” of
family mediation in other countries recently admitted into
the EU (legal consulting, listening and reception rooms
for families in trouble for domestic conflicts and violences,
familiy mediation services). In fact, in some of them the
Family Mediation tool is still unknown, despite the great
interest it could have in resolving family conflicts.
The project includes:
- Publication
of brochures already available for dissemination (in schools,
woman and family organizations, social services and courts),
and adaptation to the context of the receiving partners,
averaging approximately 3200 copies; Translation and adaptation
of a little book as training and info aid on FM in countries
receiving CNV experience 500 copies.
- Implementation
of info and training seminars to be scheduled in each
of the receiving countries open to 15 participants maximum
(lawyers, public or private social workers) according
to the standards already provided with by the European
Forum on FM.
- Training
will be 180 hour long, 120 of which in Italy, 30 online
and 30 as formative credit.5) Online counselling.6) Implementation
of a telematic forum on FM on CNV Web site and a European
network of online FM centers.
- Seminar of preliminary coordination
followed by a final seminar at the CNV headquarters, with
exchange of pilot experiences in countries which participated
to the previous Dafne programs on FM (“Matilde”
and “Ancora Matilde” projects).
- Telematic forum on the above mentioned
issues and collection of bibliography materials.
